• $75 per night for the first 2 people.
• $12 for each additional person over 15
• One Child under 15 is free - every 2 children under 15 count as one adult.
• A deposit of $75 is required. Deposits are applied to total rent.
• Example: 2 couples with 4 children under 15 would be $123 per night.
• There is a $50 cleaning charge with every stay.
